We try our best to make each wood piece as high quality and durable as possible. That means some pieces may take a couple weeks or a month to complete and then get to you. most of our products are finished with an oil based finish to keep the natural look of the wood. you should have been sent a care instructions card to follow for your specific product. if you did not please reach out to us so we can send you one.
